Owners of Cottage Park Rennie & Sharon Smith, having
many years experience of park homes choose to live on site, they take
great pride as do their tenants in their gardens and general running of
the park. A tarmac road runs right through the park for easy access to
all homes which also benefit from alongside parking.

All residents pride themselves of
their beautiful gardens which have won many awards from Ross in
bloom. The park has magnificent views across the - Wye Valley,
and the River Wye is only a short distance away for fishing
enthusiasts.
Cottage Park is situated a five
minute walk from the centre of the historic market town of
Ross-on-Wye which offers a wide range of shops, restaurants,
banks and the Doctors surgeries and community hospital are all
within walking distance. The M50 motorway link is just 1/4 mile
away.
Our park is for people aged 55
plus being semi-retired/retired. (grand children are always
welcome to visit), pets are allowed at the site owners
discretion. Council tax band 'A' applies;
water rates are at present £280 per annum. We have New and
pre-owned units available, Sharon & Rennie are always available
on site to assist with viewing and enquiries. |
