of Spain at Vinaros on the Costa Azahar and work southwards through The
Orange Blossom Coast, The Costa Blanca Area and the Area of Murcia. We
then reach the Southern Area of Spain from Almeria through the Costa
Tropical, The Costa del Sol and up to the Costa de la Luz and onto the
Algarve in Portugal. Our inland areas include Cadiz, Seville and on to
Ronda where we are launching a development on a very exclusive and
prestigious Park. From Ronda and heading east we have 4 Residential
Style Parks in Antequera, north of Malaga and also one in the Granada
Area.
When we add a Residential Style Park to our portfolio we look for
various aspects to meet our exacting criteria. We personally visit the
Park to ascertain the legality, the facilities, the location, the plot
layout, the rules and the contract periods. We also talk, where
applicable to the residents and find out their opinions. After we are

The Lodge will be open plan at one end with lounge style furniture around a central fireplace as well as tables and chairs for playing cards etc.
There will be a meeting room which may be reserved for specific periods for individual or group use, to encourage the forming of social clubs for example.
Also in the meeting room will be a library of books, provided by the Park and run on a trust basis, for the general enjoyment of clients.
