	The Hollicarrs Timber Lodge and Holiday Home Park is part of the historic Escrick Park Estate who has owned the land for 300 years. This is an exclusive park for holiday home ownership set in 250 acres of mature woodland just 6 miles south of York City in a peaceful position, yet only a short drive from the main A19 trunk road. Each pitch is built to provide secluded private sites with natural tree screening between each home. A fishing lake, bowling green and a tennis court are provided for sole use of the home owners. Cycle hire is available and special nature trails are set out around the site. Hollicarrs has a 12 month holiday licence, you can therefore use you holiday home all year round. The sales team, John Mills and Julie Lench, are available Wednesday to Sunday for viewings, however pre-booked appointments are strongly recommended. We have a demonstration area for holiday homes and timber lodges are now sited for viewing. Several demonstration homes are available to view, we strongly recommend that you make an appointment. Park closed Monday and Tuesday each week The local area offers so much for owners, York City and Selby town are just 15 minutes away by road. Skipwith Common Nature Reserve a site of special scientific interest is nearby with the east coast for a visit to Whitby or Scarborough is only 50 miles away and the Yorkshire Dales and Moors within a 1½ hour drive. McArthur Glen Designer Outlet and Monk Cross shopping centres offer ‘out of town’ shopping. Escrick village offers an excellent restaurant and a public house, Escrick & Deighton Club, tennis club, indoor bowling & drama groups, post office and shop.
