Description and Location
Vine Tree Park is situated within easy
walking distance of the historic market town of Ross-on-Wye.
The park itself is renowned as one of the most picturesque
in the UK with stunning
views of the wye valley all around. The town of
Ross itself is steeped in history boasting a 17th century market
hall
and its true to say that most of the buildings are from this
period but if you want to go back even further the area is
noted for its
Neolithic settlements, roman forts and medieval castles. This
park is an ideal place to come and live and if you are the
outdoor type
there is plenty to do.

are in an elevated position with outstanding views over and
around Wye toward the forest of Dean. The park offers town
centre, doctors, shops, etc just minutes away. Get a countryside

Security of Tenure and Park Rules
Permanent security of tenure is offered to the residents
of Vine Tree Park in accordance with the 1983 mobile home
act. In accordance with the 1983 mobile homes statement the Park
is primarily a retirement and semi-retirement park with accomodation
offered to more senior residents.
Pets may be kept on the park by residents.
